- Account Management: Oversee scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media accounts.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design consistent and aligned visuals and graphics.
- Community Management: Respond promptly and engagingly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Reporting: Provide insights and reports on social media performance to internal teams regularly.
